This is a joint ventures (holding by Hongkong party) with three investors: China Tractor & Automobile Manufacturing Group (Hongkong) Co., Ltd., First Tractor Co., Ltd., General Factory of Ningbo Tractor & Automobile Manufacturing (backbone enterprise of the former Mechanical & Industrial Ministry). Located in the port city Ningbo with developed economy and convenient transport at the south bank of Hangzhou Bay Bridge, it covers an area of 200,000 square meters and has nearly 50 years' history in production of "Benye" tractors and annual production value of over 250 million yuan. The newly built factory will become the largest tractor manufacturer in South China with annual throughput of 30,000 tractors and production capacity of various farm equipment.
